三 | 报告称，“十四五”期间中央财政衔接推进乡村振兴补助资金累计投入8505亿元，比“十三五”时期增加3200亿元。
四 | “突出开发式帮扶导向，产业、就业帮扶带动作用有效发挥。”报告披露，832个脱贫县均培育形成了2至3个特色优势帮扶产业，总产值超过2万亿元，近四分之三脱贫人口与新型农业经营主体建立了利益联结机制。
